Suki Hairdressers Review

Getting your hair cut is something we all have to do at one stage or another. In every town you visit in Australia you’ll most likely find a hairdresser.

But when you live in a big city, finding the right one can be hard as there are so many to choose from and some can be very intimidating. I currently go to Suki Hairdressers in Paddington and I am very happy there – I’ve been consistently going for about three years now and have never had a bad experience.

They give great cuts, fantastic colours and really work to understand you, your personality and your hair. But more importantly they are also such a lovely and warm bunch of people.

The staff turnover is extremely low, which says a lot, and you really feel that people want to work there. That means a lot to me in the service industry. I like people to be happy when they are being that close and personal to me. It makes me feel comfortable and adds to my enjoyment of the experience. And they always have the latest and the best magazines – which is so important too! www.suki.com.au

    I had a terrible experience recently at their Newcastle salon. I told them about it when they emailed me requesting feedback, but had no response. When I chased it up, I got a one line reply saying my feedback had been "received and noted". Zero apology, no acknowledgement whatsoever.
    You couldn't pay me to go back.
