2012 Resolutions
14-Jan-2012 By SDI was reflecting on this when I was thinking about 2012 and what I believe I should be focussing on for the year. And to me it is to give thanks or be thankful. After some pretty hard years, my life has certainly turned around. I met and married the most wonderful man, and after thinking that we’d never be able have kids of our own, I gave birth a beautiful baby boy less than a month ago.
So this year will be about stepping back from all of this and saying thanks and being thankful for all that I have. It is a cliché but going through tough times makes you understand what you want and teaches you to never take things for granted.
So yes, I feel very lucky and fortunate to be where I am now – so thanks.
